That's funny. He was drafted into fighting for the Nazis. However, the Hitler dictatorship was quite anti-Catholic... so... yeah...

Really, I think Ratzinger is just an intensely reactionary figure, only worried about making the already behind Catholic church stick to strict dogma. This makes all the die hard followers of the Catholic church come into big trouble.

The thing I hate most, is that I know if the Catholic church was given a chance, they would open up yet another crusade. Ratzinger, however, is not smart enough to climb up to the top of power, I mean he is dumb enough to be a Catholic. :lol:

Anyway as a Catholic myself I dont really like the new pope. The other one was better and wasn&#39;t as dictator like as the current one is though John Paul II was quite strict.
