Never heard of it, they better do some more promotion if they want this to be effective or get any attention.

I'm with guerilla. I've never heard of it prior to right now, and if they want this to even remotely work out, they will have to do ALOT of work. If you walk out of school or work: on what believable/meaningful basis are you going to do this if your teachers/boss have no clue of what your trying to stand-up for? Sure, you can yell things as your leaving, but thats only going to leave them with confusion, or you could stay and tell them what your standing up for, but I think in that case their going to make you sit down and grow up. There's always school punishment, and a more then willing new employee for you. I'd keep out of trouble and keep my job. I like that people are out there trying to make a difference, but random acts like this aren't the difference we need.

well, if everyone sits around on their ass asking why no one's doing it, or why they haven't heard of it before, then of course it's going to get nowhere.

what y'all should do is, if you agree with the world can't wait campaign, take it out yourself to people in your area, and build up for november 2nd yourself. get in touch with the national coordinators and let them know what you're doing. we need thousands of people to step up & take leadership to keep the rep up for this campaign.

I would try to organize this at my school, but unfortunately I would say at least 80% of the students who attend are loyal bush supporters.

Well, get the other 20% to take this up, and try to win over at least some of the other 80% to support it. Get teachers and staff involved, at least a few should be interested. Don't be discouraged by a few people who spout pro-Bush slogans: often their support is limited to just those slogans, and they haven't been exposed to any opposing viewpoints. I and others I know have had very interesting experiences taking out this call to people on various places of the political spectrum.
