View Full Version : Ideas?

So I was thinking about what types of action to take when organising different local rebellions. What are some methods? Propoganda? Key targets?

Also, is occupation feasible? If so, what types of places would require occupation? Newstations? Radiostations? News presses?

Ideas would be helpful. It doesn't necessarily have to be so straightfoward as taking over a newstation or something. But maybe protesting and picketing to the point that they are almost forced to let you on the air to get your message out.

Andrew

P.S. - is there anyone in the Texas area that would like to get involved in intrastate organisation? PM me or something, and we can talk about stuff.

I say get as many people as possible, and you'll get a lot. Just speak your message, but leave communistic words out, people acualtly agree with you until you say "Lenin" or "Marx"! ( Omi God!)

Haha, yeah...as soon as Marx comes into play, everyone freaks and (especially in Texas and other southern states) you get labeled a 'commie pink faggot' or something like that (hah, it's happened, and it's hilarious).

I think you should have a goal first. Don't just take over a radio station for the sake of doing so or spewing your beliefs. Students didn't take over their college bursar's office or president's office for hell of it, but had an agenda and a demand.

Unfortunately, the blest plan of attack is to wait until something unfortunate or something that strikes a nerve with the community. Police brutality, hate crime, etc. Milk it for what it's worth

This is a very stupid thread, and I would be inclined to think that TheReadMenace is a cop.

You're talking about occupying a news station on a public message board which could be monitered by state agencies as these boards almost always are.

What do you want people to say: "Yeah, that's great, let's meet next Tuesday."

If you want to do Direct action, then I suggest you form an affinity group with some friends, not discuss it openly on the internet and invite strangers to participate.
