From the founding of Students in Democratic Action at United High School in 2002 to attending the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2003 to being the youngest candidate for any public office in the history of Webb County in 2004, Laredo’s John A. Castro now shows his ideas and intellect in his first published book for 2005, My Plan for Laredo.
This is John A. Castro’s first and only collection of the realistic ideas, bureaucratic reforms, and legislative actions needed to improve our communities and local governments. John A. Castro is currently a student of Political Science at Texas A&M International University and has made plans to attend Law School in 2008.
