"As I recall, Dilawar (his only name) was a taxi driver who happened to be driving on a road near a U.S. controlled building when it was struck by a rocket.
Turns out that he was entirely innocent, having been merely stuck in traffic after the explosion went off.
His hands were tied (handcuffed?) behind his back, then a chain pulled his arms up behind his head and he was hung from the ceiling of a warehouse for two or three days in Afghan heat while he was beaten repeated in the legs by several of 'MeriKKKa's finest.
As his muscle tissue dissolved from the beating, the blood clots finally killed him. The coroners report described his legs as ''pulpified,'' like ''they'd been run over by a bus.''
After two (three?) days of being hung & beaten.

Oh OH !! But, THAT'S too harsh. Now we're going to appeal the conviction for beating an innocent man to death over the course of several days while hanging by his arms from a ceiling. Being convicted of actually murdering a man chained to a ceiling is too much. We're gonna now trudge this through the system even more and get the conviction off his record.
How ever else will he get on with his life?
I hope that fucking disgrace has to listen to the screams every moment of his waking and sleeping life. If there is a God, don't let him have one minute of rest from it. Let him listen to those screams to the grave and beyond.
