I saw it performed recently. I thought it was a well written witty production with a great message at the end. I lvoed the look of horror on some of libreals in the audience at the end of the play.

What did other people think?

Its about teh investigation into an anarchists death in police custody,a dn how a sorta crazy lefty infiltrates the police trying to make up a cover story, and pretends to help them. Then a journalist turns up to question them, and she represents reformists. It goes onto display how reformism will never work, and how as long as capitalism is in place the ruling class will be violent and brutal in its repression of any oppisiton.

It uses a lot of comedy btw.

Wonderful, wonderful play. I haven't seen it performed but read it a while ago. Dario Fo is an absolute genius, Can't Pay? Won't Pay! is another of his plays you should probably take a look at. I'd love to get some people to together and put it on.
