Hey, if ya want a free alternative to Word, Outlook, Xcel or whatever that spreadsheet thingy is called, AIM and other software then checkout Sim Indiana (http://www.simindiana.com/). Its a greeat alternative with some good features like saving your documents so you can access them from any computer with internet access. The only catch is that you must have a "valid Indiana address". Just go find an address in Indiana and use it, it should work. It works for me, but of course I live in Indiana so it's cool.

I don't use any Microsoft Office software anymore.

You could of course use Open Office, Firefox/Thunderbird, Trillian and various other packages all of which are free without geographical restrictions. Or why not go the whole hog and ditch Windows altogether, try GNU/Linux, or one of the BSDs.

Open Office is actually really good. Though I have found that I cannot find a grammar checker on the word processor. Though that may be just because of inexpert usage.
