Some webspace help

Hey everyone.

The communist metal project Okyabrskaya Revolyutsiya is pretty much in need of somewhere to put up it's homepage. This is because the fist song is soon to be recorded and released, and of course put up onto the site, and the it would be nice to actually HAVE a site :)

And, here's the problem, I'm extremely low on funds. So if there's any helpful soul out there wishing to provide about 5 mb webspace and put the site up (I've already finished the site itself in dreamweaver), then please answer here or send a PM to me!

If you don't mind then you can get a sub-domain website. You can use Geo Cities from Yahoo or Tripod from Lycos. I know there are others like Angelfish, but I can't alaborate on them too much. They are free and they give you a decent amount of web space. I used to use Tripod for a website I used to put together. And good luck with your band.

Yeah I need a site for my band too.

5-10 mbs of space, and the ability to run some XML.

I'm basically in the same situation as Stormshield except we have a PureVolume and Myspace page.

I've already tried Geocities, for some reason it doesn't work that well, even though the site I'm putting up is only about 60 kb.

Btw, domain names is not important. Any weird 500-digit name'd do, as I'm going to use a redirector anyway.

I'm not a huge fan of geocities either, but I encourage you to try out Tripod (http://www.tripod.lycos.com). For free you get 20mb of disk space and a gig of bandwith. If you have a basic knowledge of HTML I'm sure you can add some kind of music player to your site. I added a very nice hit counter to my website using a minimal amount of HTML knowledge.
