what has happened is that the old socialist labour has become "new labour" under tony blair and is essentailly now central. there are no left parties to vote for now in the general election. britain will eventually become like america although the 3 main parties have some different views. tony blair has privitised alot of public services like the post office and railways. the royal mail and railway companies are now being criticised for bad practice and lots of postal workers have lost jobs and train services are not very good.

The Labour Party here in NZ (we even have the union jack on our flag) is fuckin bullshit. They introduced all the new right policies in the 80's like making sure unemployment was right so cheaps labour was always available which is why our minimum wage is like $4 or $5.

I have a new slogan for the Labour Party here in NZ that I'm am going to write on money:

In my opinion, its a GOOD thing that Blair talks to Bush so much. Think about it....do you think Blair is just following blindly, or do you think he's maybe keeping Bush a bit under control. For example, the UN - if it hadn't been for Blair, i think we would have seen Iraq been invaded right now, and Bush would not have gone through the UN. etc etc etc

You believe what you want to believe though.

Oh, and there are left wing parties in England - you CAN vote for them - but they will NEVER get into power. The majority of the English people don't WANT socialism, they want a mix, a central leaning to the right; party. And thats what we've got. You may not like it, but so what.

Like the US wholeheartedly supports the UN sanctions aganist Iraq because it favours them somehow, but the UN vote on the Cuban blockade, is just ignored by the Fascist States of America.

I think the RAGE idea is good, how else can you spread propaganda so easily and effectively. I work in a shop and it was my last night so I was writing things on money and "Anarchy in the UK" came on the radio, this guys was singing it and moving around to the music and he saw 'power to the people' on the $10 note and he gave me a weird look and left, maybe he was amazed someone wrote it or he's a dick.

im not a natural britain so im not wholly patriotic but this sort of comment angers me so i dont know how those patriotic britains feel about it.

Their is a lot of american support in britain, also the BNP (british national party, a right wing racist cult) scored more votes than the Socialist alliance and the CPGB (communist party of great britain)!!!! Blair used to be slightly left but then adopted many of Thatchers principles and IS becoming the U$'s european 'bit on the side'.
