After the Patriot Act and this new Homeland Security passed how long will it go until we have complete fascism. i mean the Homeland SecurityAct will make so hackers can be sentenced to life in prison! how far is it going to go?

Actually, fascism is just capitalism when it gets into trouble. It is interesting to note how German corporations poured milions of dollars (in 1930 terms) into the National Socialist party in Germany, not to mention the vibrant support for Franco from American right-wingers during the Spanish Civil War (hell, Spain existed as an open, 'Falangist' state until the 1970s).

I dissagree, capitalism and fascism are two totaly different things. If you ask me both sucks but are not the same thing.
