Provided it's a decent idea, count me in. I'll help with what I can. I'm mostly a perl programmer, although I've used a very wide array of different languages over the past 10 years. I've also pretty extensive experience with JavaScript, CSS and Dynamic webpages, although I've fallen behind on some of the newer HTML standards.
