Could someone fill me in on the current situation with Iran? I don't really know too much at all about what's going on, and I'd like to get an overall picture of what's going down.

Well, there's not really much to tell. They've started a program for nuclear-power, and it's uncertaint to whether or not they're intention for use is bombs and/or plant's, y'see. US's hellbent on it bein the first, Iran's assurin' it's the latter and refuse to give in to the threath's. Now, that sayin', I might sound biased, but really, I'm not, I give a no-fuck's, they're both as bad; -Last I saw, that's where 'cuz the religious'conversatives won the election down there in Iran. It's all goin' downhill, man.... Fuckin' reactionaries :rolleyes:

America can't aggitate a conflict with Iran, public opinion on the war in Iraq is already increasingly become unpopular. And Iran has many great friends in business,China,Russia...ect. For example Russia and China are building nuclear plants in Iran, and Iran is setting up car-factories in Venezuela.
America is looking to start up some commerce with them but,their seed finds no purchase.

I think the USA is just threatened by Iran,because this looks like a common ground for commerce among countries who oppose the US Hegemony.
