I am looking for contact with Russians. Are there any Russian forums where I can get in contact with Russains?

I am equally interested in contact with Cubans living in Cuba. However, are there restrictions regarding the internet in Cuba?

Having seen an internet cafe in cuba, I doubt theres restrictions

They are building several youth internet cafe's in Cuba. However, I've heard reports that they restrict internet access (at least in universities).
As an example, China has many internet cafe's, but they also include massive censorship.
