I just registered today. I'm pretty excited about being involved with revolutionary left and learning as much as possible. I'll be honest when i say that i am not too educated when it comes to the different types communism, socialism and a bunch of other topics that are discussed here. All I know is the conclusions that i have come to on my own. I am extremely upset with the conservative party (some of my family is conservative, unfortunatly, to the extreme). I feel that capitalism causes corruption because men are greedy and greed makes people do evil things (Like secretly or unsecretly over through governments that they feel threaten them, or over through them for econimical gains). I've been in heated arguments about the bullshit embargo act on Cuba.
Like I said, I am mainly here to learn more about socialism and communism, so I'll appreciate anyone who points me in the right direction, cause what I have read so far I believe that socialism is the best way to end extreme poverty.
So please don't become upset with me if I ask to many questions.
Thanks.

We will only be upset with you if you post some capitalist or racist bullshit. And I like when I see people asking questions. You need to be educated about the topic.

Interestingly you mention 'many types' of communism. There is really only one 'type' of communism: anarcho-communism, meaning the obliteration of the state meachanism (official hierarchy) and the establishment of a classless society in which capital has been done away with.

We won't get mad if you ask to many questions.

We get mad when people ask questions, we give them answers, and then the retort and when they are proven wrong they don't admit so and change their argument.

Welcome about, and hope you learn lots.
