Dear Comrades,

I have recently made a trip up to New York City and a contact I had didn't follow through, so I have no where to sleep, and I was just wondering if anyone lived within an hour from NYC and could put me up! It would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest if you don't find anyone or meet up with your contact or have money for a hotel, to go to GRAND CENTAL STATION. 42nd street & Park Avenue

You can sleep there for the night. Not so comfortable, but if you have some extra clothing with you, you'll atleast have a pillow and you'll be indoors and less chance of getting waylaid and mugged. :) If a cop questions you -- just tell them you arrived early and are going to buy a train ticket later in the day.

I'm back home now, but thanks for the info, I ended up sneaking into a hilton that night, but I'll explain everything that happened in a post soon.
