I belive this is the right place to ask - what would become of those who, for some reason, are incapable of working for some reason? Or just incapable of functioning in social life - including psychos, cripples, etc. Would they, in the ideal communist state of society, be institutionalized, integrated into society in some way - or something completely different? Just thought of it recently, haven't really given the subkject any serious pondering or research yet - I hope you forgive me ;)

I'm guessing that something like a university/hospital/daycare center would be need to be built in the hub of each group of communities.
Some of the people living in the outlying rural area would be asked to put some hours in at the hospital instead of farming (strictly voluntary), where they might learn how to draw blood, feed an Alzheimer patient, or read a story to the youngest kids while their parents and older siblings are working.
Some communities might build a larger than normal house for the local doctor to live in with his patients, helpers, and whoever was unable to feed and bathe themselves (or maybe they'd build the big house just to attract a doctor to the community and build patient housing at a later date)

In the "ideal" society, they'd fit in fine, but in an actual communist society, seeing as everyone can do SOMETHING, its not too far to imagine that most people wouldwork. Unless someone is severely crippled, they could work.
Otherwise just take care of them free of charge (of course).
