I’ve seen “viva la Che” all over this site, but I've seen very few remarks about the current movements in South America. Dose anyone have any news or information about the current happenings in that part of the world?

Bolivia and Venezuela seem to be the hte news in south america. Bolivia is going through a period of political instability, there expected president is a native farmer who is fond of hugo chavez I believe, but I could be wrong. It will be interesting to see how things pan out in south america. And don't forget about the Zapatistas in Chiapa, Mexico. In fact latin america seems to be quite active in leftist uprisings.
