I have a few ideas. These aren't set in stone in brain, its just what I've been pondering. Please keep in mind these are post-class ideas. They could also have flaws.

* Theology is respected, though it has no validity in the State.

* Voting by the public for candidates is abolished.

* The executive branch is abolished, the decision of war will be directly handled by the public, who will vote on it.

* The legislative branch will consist of appointed officials from grassroots federations, environmentalists, labour unions,NAACP...ect. These federations can only make decissions based on science. Different races, sexes, sexual-orientation and social-classes will be respected. (Mind you, this idea takes place after the revolution so fascists and capitalists are exiled or deceased.) Delegates can be repealed and replaced anytime.Bribes are prohibited,if such a delegate recieves a bribe they are expelled.

* The grassroots federations come up with the issues and propose bills and measures, the Legislative branch tries to form alliances wth delegates to enact them. The delegates consult the federation before they make a decision.

* The Judicial branch is abolished and set up with citizen juries who are appointed from grassroots federations. The jurors decide the penalty of the guilty party .
Rehabilitation is favoured instead of punishment.

What are your thoughts ? I would like to hear some of your ideas on restructuring the government.

So no one has any ideas ? I guess were fucked after the revolution, cos no one will know how to run anything.

Some of your ideas are good, but most are bad. I believe the legislative branch should consit of mass meetings that are held by local councils. Here all citizen's views are expressed. Then the council relays suggestions to the representitve of the council that represents them in a congress. Putting in the hands of grass roots is stupid. The national laws should be adminstered by electable ministers. I love your excutive branch voting and citizen court.

The only problem I see with grass-roots organizations is that anyone can start one. There are many different organizations that believe the same thing but, they all have different ways of implenting them.An example would be all the different Communist Parties.

My problem with the local councils is that they are still removed from that of regular citizens, and the citizens can't keep them in check. Try phonning up your local county board and expressing your concerns, they deal with so many different concerns daily, its impossible to strike a chord.

The reason why I entiled this post "Restructuring of the US Government" is because all countries need to have their own particluar ways of adjustments to socialism/Communism and America is where I live. What good is a Revolution if no one has any ideas to follow after it,a theory becomes a death-cult,much of which is happening with Al-Queida. If Al-Quieda was to convert everyone to Islamic Fundementalism...then what ? More chaos because,no one knows how to run anything.

But the present city councils are bourgise! I am talking about each place of work electing a reprensentive from the factory commitees, who are elected from amongst the workers of the factory to administrate it, to a local council. They are recallable. They represent the worker, not local bussiness interenst! I'm talking about soveits!

Whats your view on racial minorities and environmental issues ?

Should racial-minorites have their own councils ? How about environmentalists ?

Wouldn't you also need neighbourhood and housing councils ? The factory is a different place from the household.

Its good to hear your ideas.

My views on minorities is that socailism breaks the color barrier (or sexulaity, reliogious ect.) and they will be represented just like everyone else. The enviroment should be respected, not too the point in which people are out of work to save a fucking bird, but I don't want oil in the water. As I said before, the councils hold weekly meetings in which the people tell them what the people want. It's easier to use factory representitves since everyone has a job excpet the former bourgise. They really have an administration job. I apprecaite you listening to me.
