"Are you sick and tired of old stupid people..."
That's right about where my brain lost interest.

The site isn't that new. Fat Mike is the bassist and vocalist for NOFX. NOFX is a punk band, an awesome one at that! :)

I second the awesomeness of NoFX. However, the site is nothing new.

NOFX, are very political, most of them are hidden messages, for eg. pro-lesbian, Liza and Louise. The Decline is a great example 18 minutes :) Murder the Government, All Outta Angst and Perfect Government.

I think that this is great that punk bands are in politics. They also have songs that are against the government. But still in the way they are not socialist or commies, but hey who cares they are great.

Musically, NOFX aren't what they were in the 80's but I like the lyrics. Especially "Don't Call Me White" and "Reeko".

Yeah, I like the old NOFX stuff. I don't know about the lyrics though.

Politics and punk? Nothing new really.
BUT - it's great that music can inform and educate. The great ignorant mob may never pick up a socialist newspaper, but many of them have CDs from left-leaning and socialist bands.
MORE POWER TO NOFX AND THEIR COMRADES!
Left-wing music frequently gets more messages out to the general community than almost any pamphlet.
