Cuba has been alone in It's fight agaisnt the US in the americas ,but after president Chavez's series of political victorys ,Cuba gained It's first solid allie in the american continent.But the only diference is that the venezuelan revolutionary goverment is byieng sabotage by the US do to the country's stratigic position and oil reserves.But after many coup attemps and many diplomatic issues the revolutionary goverment has maneged to servive and has in some way "infected" the mind of the latin american people in souch a way that Lula has beaten the odds in Brazil ,general Lucio of Ecuador won the first round of the ecuadorian elecciones ,left wing suporters and a faction of the peruvian milatery want to depose peruvian proyanqui president Alejandro Toledo and form a new goverment that focuses on th reality of the latinamerican nation.And finally general Lino Oviedo of Paraguay is looking good in the polls so we can plainly see the people want change and revolution.There's a new horizon for the latiamerican peoples.
