Ralph Fiennes

I like it, I also came across a site saying that smurfs were actually communists with Marx being Papa smurf and being the wise one and Brainy smurf being Leon Trotsky because he is often despised because of his intelligence and in one episode Brainy smurf gets exiled from the smurf village.

Also Gargamel represents capitalism because he turns the smurfs into gold etc.

Also all the smurf where similar stuff to Mao’s army lol

Ah, yes, but I thought Gargamel where Anarchism, because of his "blackness" and being the odd-child of Leftism. But then again, perhaps not, since he's not a Smurf. Anyknowhows, Lady Smurf's obviously (-)the(-) Rosa Luxembourg ;)

Smurfette, you mean? Sounds french to me. :P Anyone out there know what the german equivalent of "smurfette" might be?

I think smurfette is just a symbol of feminism within the smurf commune, well that’s what I think.

Also yeh, I've always thought Gargamel to be capitalism because he turns the smurfs into gold. So in theory capitalism wants the radicalized workers (the smurfs) so that it can turn them into a profit (or in this case gold).

Also Gargamel's cat is the symbol of the non radicalized workers because the cat follows him everywhere and follows Gargamel’s orders to catch the smurfs. Gargamel’s orders could be seen as a symbol of racism and nationalism to divide the working class (the cat and the smurfs from revolution) because Gargamel’s cat (the non radicalized workers) turns on the smurfs and so effectively Gargamel’s cat is turning on his own class and comrades.

80's cartoons was full of all kind's of crazy political shit, for example I herd the Magic Round About was not also to depict the drugs but also the Frech goverment at the time but I think thats a bit stupid.
