Here are a few combat manuels for practical theory study

Free Militia Field Ops. (http://www.publiceye.org/ifas/library/militia/index.html)
Psychological Ops. in Guerrilla Warfare (http://www.fas.org/irp/cia/guerilla.htm)

Any one else have any good practical theory books?

these aren't going to be very practical, unless you are in the 3rd world and fighting people's war.

If you are planning on doing this type of shit in the 1st world, you will find a huge lack of support from the masses of oppre$$or nation "workers".

Exactly.

Practicality is only relative. And you can't exactly wage a practical war in impractical conditions.

But these tactics will prove quite practical in third world nations. Look at the Maoists in Nepal. The zapatistas. Years ago, the Cuban revolution. The people who are the most oppressed in this world, those living in 3rd world nations, rarely look negatively upon change, that is, unless you make the mistake of Che in Bolivia, where he did not win over the peasantry, or really even acknowledge them before beginning his campaign. Instead of simply beginning a guerrilla campaign and then hoping the peasantry and the working class supports it, why not go to these poor nations, and listen to what the people want. Fear not, revolutionaries, many times what the proletariat want is exactly what we want: communism (of course, they'd likely declare their 'wants' in different terms: self-sufficiency, subsistence, autonimity, etc., but of course, these things can be achieved through communism). If Marcos showed us anything in Mexico, it is that the time has come to listen to them, not tell them.

I would also venture that the Free Ops one is viturally useless, except for the small bit of information it gives about various types of weapons to choose from. I would say that you could find better if not more unbiased informaiton on WikiPedia. It is also extremely americentric/christianite.

I am not saying that it is bad to learn how to shoot and read stuff. For sure you should read the art of war (Sun Szu, Machiavelli) Clauswitz, Mao and Che plus others, buit if you want to train for this stuff because you think you may be fighting people's war here someday, go train with Pealstinian Liberation groups, the NPA, or some other group that can actually train you.

Then start training here once you ahve soem real training, and you can teach others.

This will take money though.

That is what i was getting at as soon as i could, there are no such groups like the PLF or the NPA in Austrialia, so know as much as i can so when i do go there seemed like a good idear to me

Military training is far less important than military strategy. War itself will train you, but your success will not be determined by your fighting skill, but rather by your strategy (mostly, of course...it is a good idea to know how to shoot, for example, before doing anything drastic, obviously).

Also, I agree with Comrade Marcel that the reading of those books he mentions is crucial.

Commie Rat, do you have any comrades as ambitious as you?
