Well the site doesn't work. But I don't think that the government would put shit in the food. For what purpose? To poison its own citizens? That's just conspiracy theory garbage.

At the same time incapacitating or even killing the workers... smart move.
I'm here to save this thread
It would probably taste like Spam and suck, but I'd eat it.
Hopefully it makes meat cheap and plentiful

They're still working on getting the taste right. And since it's actually meat, it would taste like normal meat; they just have to exercise the muscle the right way and to the right extent to make it taste right.

People are that desperate for a meat substitute, it's hilarious, but I hope it goes through for the Animal's sake.

People aren't "desperate", there's plenty of regular meat around,
Personally, I'm perfectly fine eating actual meat, but I would be willing to try this artificial stuff.
If anyone here is "desperate" for this, it should be you and your friends in the "Animal Liberation" camp. This might just actually get you your wish ...although probably not.
Even if all meat is artificially made, people will still want pets; need animal labour; eat eggs, milk, and cheese; need to perform vivisection, etc...
"Animal Liberation" is an impossible goal. But hey, you should be celebrating this news! At least it will save one more "oppressed" cow!
