Hey, a while back on this site I saw someone explain how america makes terrosits by ignoring them and it was done so well I was blown away, i'm having a hard time finding that thread again and I can remember it seeing its been 3 weeks but if anyone remeber or if that person could plese explain that to me again i'd really appreciate it.

Well, I don't know anything about "ignoring", but as far as funding, and helping start those organizations, there is plenty of information. I'll look around at old topics though.
