Socialist Democracy is redundant - socialism, at least an authentic socialism, demands democracy, implies it.
Socialism, however, necessarily implies the political empowerment of the working class, and workers democracy - direct and participatory control of economic and social by the folk involved in production, against minority rule by the capitalist class.
There are, of course, arguments about what particular democratic forms are most compatable with socialism. Direct workers factory/workplace & neighbourhood councils, co-ordinating on some sort of federal level seems to be among the primary visions on this site, specifics varying, of course.

You might also be thinking of "Social Democracy" . . . which is a polite way of saying fascism with a human face. :P

Aren't Socialist Democrats also reformists and believe that you should vote in socialism?

That's so called "Democratic Socialists" - a distinct group. They were once a rather large part of the Marxist milieu, but now largely disapeared. Most of the "Democratic Socialist" movement has sort of morphed into modern day Social-Democratic parties.

Woo! Lingo!

It's basically, your-every-day, run-of-the-mill, local democratic-party! ;)

Socialist democracy is neither social democracy or democratic socialism.
Socialist democracy is another term for proletarian democracy.

Proletarian Democracy (http://marxists.org/glossary/terms/p/r.htm#proletarian-democracy)

Well, here in Sweden we have a Social-Democratic government, and along with Goran Persson, our prime-minister, things have only looked... well, depressed. Too bad, since "our JFK" (Olof Palme) was more of a socialist than Persson is today - and because of it, many people are ready to vote for the right-wing party Moderaterna (The Moderates, or Swedish equal to the Democratic Party in US).

But of course - it is important what the party does, not what it's name is. It could just as well be named "Neo-Nazi Supreamacist National Fascist Party of the Swedish Kingdom" (yes, we're still a monarchy), although, I don't think people would be very interested in knowing what this party is (and the name wouldn't be a very good choice)...
;)
