hey ppl,.

long time no see.

i had a discussion with my old economics teacher who i visited on my old school. and he said that the ppl from chili where quite a good life. better then cubans, i dont like any of his other statements but i must admit i know as much about chilli, as che did about motorcycle maintance. could you tell me about chilli thanks comrades. untill V respect equality liberation imagine

I believe their Civil Rights are currently extended to their citizenry. Freedom of Speech, Press, Vote, etc. Though during the Pinochet era, as you already know, all rights were withdrawn when they were under the military dictatorship and their was widespread arena-executions for exercising those rights.
