Saddam Hussein video.

I remember watching a video about Saddam detailing his links with the CIA but I can't remember what it was. It had a Frank Sinatra (or similar) song playing through it, and it finished with the words, "Ladies and Gentlemen, we always had him" - in a rip of Paul Bremers speech.
