What do you think of the Isreali pull out from Gaza and the protesters who are refusing to leave?

I think it's a step in the right direction that Israel is leaving the Gaza.

However I can understand the protesters though...how would you feel like if the government came to your house and told you that you should leave it and live somewhere else? But then again this does not mean I sympatise with the protesting colonists, it's a sacrifice they have to make for potential peace in the region.

Now the Palestinians have to create a good functioning infrastructure, a large mainport and good connections with other parts of Palestinian territory to get rid of their poverty.

They may be pulling out of Gaza, which is good for both sides, but they are continuing their apartheid-style wall in the West Bank - and stealing more land with it!

The vast majority of settlements are in the West Bank - and they are still being constructed, so the Gaza strip withdrawal is a distraction really.

Believe me, those protesters don't care about their homes, they just like to stir things up. C'mon, those people beat up Palestinians, throw spike strips on major freeways, and threaten both Israeli and Palestinian societies. Those hippocrites deserve to be thrown in jails.

They never wanted Gaza, the fact that Sharon is "withdrawing from Gaza" is meaningless. The Palestinians will get nothing out of it. Either the jailers will be on the outside or the inside, it's still a concentration camp. Sharon is committed to keeping what is useful in the occupied territories and confining the Palestinians in those areas for which Israel has no use.
