I was watching this on the local news coming out of New York City.. that Catholic parochial schools are failing students who don't attend weekly Mass. They are tracking the kids and families church attendence through the donation plate!! :blink:

so, said the Preist-man himself, that he personally tracks the donations and fails the students who don't go to Mass. I don't know if it's possible -- I don't know what leeway is given to private catholic schools, but it sure the hell ain't ethical!

how can they track those donations? were talking about the plate pass around thing right?

It is quite possable, I went to a Catholic school this year(getting out of that place this year tho going back to pub.) and the education and all was good, but they MAKE you take a religon class on Catholacism no matter your religion, and they can pretty much do what they want, and the Priest person is usally called a Dean
