Ignoring the fact that it says "anarchy.com," which could be an ironic, sarcastic thing, the website ahs been underconstruction since about 1994. I remember I've been on and off checking it since about 1997ish and only recently has it changed. Basically, about two years ago it got that Google search function.
I emailed then around the same time and I got the response that the reason it's taking so long is because of "union construction."
