I'm with Metalhead (caps edited for readability) and Enigma, death and black metal is absolutely superb to jump around to. Some hardcore techno works as well, such as Hypnoskull. If I had to name the song I thought of when I clicked the thread, Nine Inch Nail's "March Of The Pigs" comes to mind.

Bleh, moshing seems to be the only thing metalcore kids wanna do, and they do it the worst. But its better than skanking.

I love to mosh, but only to good moshing music. I'm not gonna waste my bruises on As I Lay Dying, Killswitch, or Hatebreed. Dillinger Escape Plan, Cephalic Carnage, those are good moshing bands.

"Humanure" by Cattle Decapitation is probably the best.

Hewhocorrupts by far. They'll get the most badass circle pit going. I remember at one show in the basement of a legion which was small and completely packed they had a circle pit, they had dudes crowd surf an inch from the ceiling by getting up from the stairs, they handed a nutrageous out to anyone thatd show their nuts, they gave 100 grand to the hardest mosher, some dude's nose started bleeding because he ran into a pole, the merch tables were almost destroyed. A vent fell down from people grabbing onto it. Best show ever.

Moshing's the best thing ever. Even if you get damaged it's the most fun thing in the whole world.
