Greetings comrades, maybe its time for me to tell something about myself..
Okay, my "political self" woke up during the WTC-attacks, I started to look around me and the world I am living in. I was bit patriotic and somewhat ignorant, your average non-political guy. I was terrified by the attacks "why are those terrorist attacking innocent people??" and then I went kinda pro-Bush. I was for the war in afganistan and I watched TV and read papers about it, but it was then when I started to look in the internet when I realized what kinda man this Bush was and I was shocked. I started to read about political ideologies and at first liberalism (+capitalism) sounded good but after closer look it was ugly as hell and I started to look at the left, I was bit.. well here in finland the political left somewhat has the face of Stalin and I still find Stalin.. well you know. Anyways, I started to read some articles and I think I am somewhat democratic socialist.. or maybe bit left from there. Today I consider myself a anti-fascist/nazi (strongly after debates with fascists and nazis), leftie, pacifist and kinda anti-patriot hmm.. I dont like nationalism anyways. I've started to read texts by Marx and some texts recommended in here and so far this forums has helped me a lot. This is wonderful community.
