Which socialist goverment had the best stance on multiculturalism?

Personaly i'm not a fan of uncle Joes policy of 'cultural homogenization' as it was somewhat harsh.

But Tito's Yugoslavia seemed to do well? for there was little ethnic violence also there was alot of ethnic/religios tolerence by the people and the state.

Also who did Mao deal with this issue?

What happened then? Was Tito the glue holding the Yugoslavs together?

To my understanding there was Nationalism holding together ie.Yogoslavian 1st Bosnian Muslim 2nd.

And yes Tito did seem to hold it together as he was respected by all ethnic/cultural diversities in Yugoslavia unlike Milosevic
