Very interesting Mr.Pulsar. To aspire to be a leader is a good thing. That is what is needed most, leadership. However, this means two things: (1) that the leadership must have something to give, and (2) that the leadership must know how to build leaders, because good leadership builds leadership and knows the necessity of having co-leadership (collective leadership) around them.

You said that you have some thoughts and ideas. I was wondering exactly what those ideas are, and in particular how do you plan to give leadership and convince people to take your leadership?

Leadership is not what we need. Having a leader means a person (or a group) has more power than other people. This will inevitably lead to them having better living conditions and different standards to normal people. You can say a leader could be recalled at any time but it's not going to happen
