If you haven't read this book I urge you to go out and buy it! It exposes the whole truth about Bush and the electoral fraud, how the rich stay rich while the poor live in economic fear and also reveals just how stupid Bush is! I've read the intro only (I got it yesterday) and I can already tell it's a must-have for all Bush-haters like myself! I will enjoy reading this book!

You know, I'm not entirely sure he's entirely stupid (he is stupid though), I just think he's a terrible, terrible liar. Or in other words, a good honest republican ;) But I've read "Dude, Where's My Country" and found that brilliant, so I might buy that at News from Nowhere, once I don't have as many books to read (I have 4 on the go at the moment)

Yeah, "Dude, Where's My Country?" is pretty cool. But unlike Socialistpenquin believe, I think Bush is a complete dumbass. He is a puppet for others. He is a face painted onto the neo-con machine.
He is perfect at what he does (politics) because his father was a past president, had a rich kid childhood, bought his way through Yale, and yet ran in 2000 as the down-to-earth Washington outsider. He got almost half the vote. And then he lost no support when he lost, and through the rigging of the elections he came through unscathed politically.

Ugh, Michael Moore. Don't get me started.
His bush-bashing antics are overshadowing his great work with the very fabric of American culture in his movie Bowling for Columbine.
In his new bush-bashing swing, I find his logic frightening and his unabashed capitalist, greedy instincts sickening.

I haven't read it but I own it and I plan on reading it soon. If I'm not mistaken he shows that if interracial relationships continue to grow at the same rate, the white race will be completely gone in a few hundred years. I think he also has a section on the OJ trial and tries to prove him innocent.

The Exception to the Rulers, by Amy Goodman with David Goodman.
Yeah, that sounds like a pretty good book. I got to hear Amy speak here in town a couple of months ago. I have always respected her work. I bought a copy of the book after her talk, and she signed it. Have yet to read it, though.
Definitely check out the Democracy Now! site (http://www.democracynow.org/) if you do not already. It is some of the best American journalism available today.

Fuck off, I like Alice.
I read his books, and I do enjoy Michael Moore. I must admit that Bowling for Columbine was much better than Fahrenheit 9/11.

There is a great chapter called 'Dear George' which is a letter he wrote to Bush. It's so patronising! It really is hilarious. Great book.

I like his films, but his books are written on a high school level. Besides, I'm sure everyone is already aware of everything he brings up anyways. If want to read a book by a left leaning author that's actually well written than read something by either chomsky, Ward Churchill, or Howard Zinn. I like Michael Moore because I go to his alma matter, Michigan State though.

If you can call it his alma mater; he dropped out. Actually, Moore survived a recall election once (for the unaware he got out the stoner vote and was elected superintendant of schools in Flynt when he was 18) and could have provided a real service to Californians. In other words, he should have been working on the Gray Davis campaign. I mean, whether you like Davis or not is immaterial, he has to be better than the Governator.
Anyhow, you have to respect the fact that Moore, as superintendant, re-named the rich white high school in town Martin Luther King High and was contemplating re-naming the nearby middle school Malcom X Middle. Nevermind that he beat the recall by saying, "You know all that stuff I was doing before? If I'm not recalled I'm going to do alot more of that." It fucking worked too.
