GI Joe's Forward Command Center (http://www.antiwar.com/comment/jcpenney.html)
Notice, though, that it doesn't come with little dead, charred civilians. Those must be extra.

They also made this Israeli Commando figurine! I can't wait until the Jenin Playset comes out!

That's unreal. There is a dissertation just waiting to be written about this: US foreign policy as represented by GI Joe.

A bit off topic, but I went a little deeper into that link DD provided, and found this (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00004TD5P/ref=pd_sxp_elt_l1/002-9465860-0905631). For when the battle becomes too much and you're in the mood for some 18-hole action. (Look at the toys name)

Hee! I've notice before that amazon.com doesn't have the best quality control when it comes to proofreading, but that's just too perfect. :)

That's the most fucked up toy I've ever seen in my life. It so unbelievable and disturbing I had to check the JC Penney site for myself.

Paris,
I know what you mean. It's almost unbelievable, isn't it?
There's long been a debate about giving war "toys" to children. This should stop it. Seeing a gutted house taken over by a toy US imperialist is, I think, going more than a bridge too far.

Unfuckingbelievable!
Capitalist reality defeats all attempts at parody.

Damn, I used to play toy soldiers when I was a kid, but this is a little too much, if you know what I mean...Talk about desensitizing our children, I mean, fucking mortars and .50 calibres is just too fucking much...This is so stupid it's not even funny anymore...

Does it desensitize them though? I think they are trying to pump them up for war. Patriotize them and make them believe that War is honorable and good, Something they will want to do when they grow up and when their country calls on them they will go unquestioning. They'll remember all the fun they had on Christmas day 2002 -- pow-pow-pow! with their guns and cruising in that golf vehicle enroute to the Barbie command post..... What fun! Ages 5 and up it said.

blah, the glory of war. only someone as naive as a child could grasp such a concept.
If in some smothering dreams, you too could pace
Behind the wagon that we flung him in
And watch the white eyes writhing in his face
His hanging face, like a devi's sick of sin
If you could hear, at every jolt, the blood
Come gargling from the froth-corrupted lungs
Bitter as the cud
Of vile, incurable sores on innocent tongues ---
My friend, you would not tell with such high zest
To children ardent for some desperate glory,
The old like: Dulce et decorum est
Pro patria mori.
(Latin: It is sweet and becoming, to die for ones country)

This is hilarious, i thought it was a fake that some leftists made to make fun of the US, but it isnt. The freaking capitalists are making themselves look bad.
Just like in the real wars, where they kill more of there own men then the enemy does, their propoganda is so poor and obvious you can see right through it.

Ok honestly this is just sad. I can't believe they actually made that! What madness lies within the evil United States! Whoever made that should be shot in the head with a crossbow. I am still shocked! I am embarassed to be an American! Rar! I don't even call myself american!

What do you guys expect from the American corporations? Communist dictatator action figures? *sigh* I can still dream right?

Imagine Lenin with fist pounding action.
Stalin with a gas chamber playset.
And Castro with cigar smoking action.
I would buy the whole set!

It isn't just scary that somebody completely fucked in the head made this war mongering, brainwashing toy. No. What makes this scary is..
A. There is a market for this.
B. Somebody is playing with this right now.
C. Somebody worked and got money for their work and used that money to buy this. Oh scary? Of all things possible, this is what our civilization has come to.
*Thinks back to the my little ponies and rainbow bright toys growing up, not so bad anymore.*

Killing toys are very education for future killing machines.

The Amazon link has a space that a customer can write a NEGATIVE review for that toy, if they so feel like.

That doesn't seem right, to be on the same page as S.S. Nazi toys, I don't know, I just don't like that kind of grouping.

Ha! Typically, Amazon appears to be only accepting favorable reviews, as mine did not show up yet, and doubtfully ever will.
Oh well people, so much for rating war toys.
