They use all forms of govermwents really.They take the things they find usefull from every system and then use in they're authoritiarian system.

I doubt anyone here doubts that China is basically capitalism. Whether or not you consider authoritarianism a legitimate form of socialism, its still pretty obvious that china is not socialist.
