This is a hypothetical question (as I am not a realtor), but....

Would selling land for profit from person to person be totally against communism? How would realty work in a communist state?

Alas...I am new to this...still

Thanks guys

There's no "buying and selling" in communist society.

In fact, there's no land "ownership" -- property "belongs" to the person who is using it until they no longer have need of it...then it passes on to someone who does have need of it.

Hmm... it seems that could be a problem. Only because some people with militant power could force people off their land.

Something many Leftists seems to think (I don't know if you do or not, Redstar) that after the revolution crime will suddenly just dissapear. Completely forgetting the serial killer sociopaths, the pedophiles, rapists, and "loose screws". Anarchists do this a lot by saying that the social situations won't exist.

But without a group of people to solve current cases of the raping of children, or the senseless maiming of people how can we break the cycle?

In this situation I believe it would have to be "officially" worked out with who gets what. Or at least a way to keep people from abuse. Because I don't buy that the social conditions are the only thing continuing crime.

IDK about Commie states, but in anarcho-communism one could sell things if one desired, but one could also take things without paying.

We don't forget them, we just realize they make up a small percentage of "criminals" and that the root cause of their authoritarian actions is the society they live in.

I know, social situations cannot possibly exist! Sheeesh

Who would get to be the official? How would the officials enforce their decisions?
