ok this is suck. after the attack on iraq there is a good chance saddam will do the same thing he did in 1,991: bombing israel. the bad news is, i just realize the bomb shelter in my house can herdly be called a bomb shelter. the good news is that i live very close to the carmelit(israeli subway)which can be a good place to hide. also i live in haifa which is(as we saw in 1,991)is not one one of saddam favorite targets(saddam usually try to get the refineries and tel aviv(and that is why there was a big escape from tel aviv in 1,991), and i checked and i am in one of the least favorite spots in haifa for saddam. since my mother grew in kibbutz bet zera i can always run away there and stay in my grandmother house or other relative there(i hope saddam isn't logged in, if he is i am screwed ;) ). i sould also will try to find the neighborhood bomb shelter(if we have such thing). and if what i am hearing is true, saddam have only 13 crappy missiles :) .i hope saddam is not logged in, and if you are: fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, fuck you......... hope everything will be ok.

That realy sucks ND, I really hope you, your family and your friends can hide somewhere safe if Saddam will attack Israel and that you, your relatives and your friends will be ok.
Keep us informed of the situation please.
And if Saddam is logged in: go kiss a camels ass and that goes the same for Bush.

thanks for the support, the situation is not that bad considering that saddam will probably not attack the place when i live, and the fact that he have only 13 crappy missiles against our anti scud missiles(i don't remember their name).

if saddam attacks israel, we have the proof that hes completely insane.Not becasue of teh israeli people(sorry, nd.nothing against ur person) but becasue sharon IS totally insane.He'd maybe nuke bagdad..........

when it come to nuclear weapons, israel is much stronger then iraq. sharon is using rhetoric about that suggest that he will respond in case of an attack, but i wonder if he is truly mean it. i also heard bush is training opposition soldiers from iraq, between them some of puk and kdp.

I think your missiles which shoot down Scuds (Sadamm has 1960's Vintage) are called Patriots supplied by good old U$A. BTW Isreal has a satelite in space does it not? Since the 1973 war it has been able to target Moscow with Nukes so Bagdad is going to be toast if Sharon's want's it that way.

On the contray attacking Isreal would be the best thing Saddam could do (to have a chance of winning). Unlike in 1991 Isreal has actually stated that it will respond in kind, which from Saddam's (who couldn't give a fuck about the civilians that die) perspective is a good thing. You see every Arab who dies from a American aircraft is bad enough, but most likely the Arab leaders will just respond with rhectoic but if a Iraqi dies as a result of Isreal then the risk of say revolutions in Saudi Arabia and the possibility of the Egyptians (who have a dam good army BTW) mobilising (this is when you get worried ND) has increased ten fold.

If I were Saddam then the moment America invades I launch everything of my crappy arsenal at Isreal. It's the only chance I have got of maintaining power.

why do think ariel sharon would really nuke baghdad!? he already have the war in palestine and there is tensions with lebanon over a conflict about water. he will not look for another conflict. and people are doubting if saddam actually have power to lunch his misslies.
