Hey what are those squares under everyones names? I only have one? How do I get more?

They represent the number of promotions a member has had. The first I beleive is at 100 posts, then 500, then 1000, I think I could be wrong about the numbers, but they represent the number of posts a member has made.

I'm obviously wrong cause I have three and only 600 posts, maybe it's 100,300, 500, 1000.
