what i mean by this is that i wonder are corporations using pictuers and quotes of this gerat man to sell there poducts. i have seen many kids buy shirts and other merchindice that have pictuers of che and other legendary revolutionarys and thay where only purchesing them becuse thay think it s the new fashion. thay have no clue who "che" guevara is or what he has done.so what do u think is "che a respected hero to many of us being used to get more money for evil corporations?

Im not too concerned with these kids...this turning Che Guevara into a pop-culture icon reminds me of a quote by Stalin:
"When we hang the capitalists they will sell us the rope we use"

I don't really like it. It's just a marketing technique, and the money isn't going to anything useful. Just stuffing the pockets of the rich, and giving slave wages to a sweatshop.

Most of the people who wear the shirts, the hoodies, the hats, probably know little to nothing about him.

On the other hand, if you're educated about him, and you know what he was about, then sure, wear away. Keep his spirit alive.

Isnt it a little ignorant to assume that? Maybe most of the people wear the shirts because they do know who he is and what he stood for.

then why would they wear it? correct me if im wrong but i doubt che would want all these people wearing his image, but more important coming from a swetshop (if thats where they come from, most likely) in the land where he wanted the people to be free
