Crumb is probably best known for Fritz The Cat:

and the 'Keep On Truckin'' images:

This thread is for everything directly relating to Crumb and his art.

Over the past 15 years or so Crumb has broken into the mainstream and it is easy to obtain bits of information about him without trying (everybody probably saw the Crumb character in American Splendour about his friend Harvey Pekar), the doco on him and his brothers in part 'Crumb' is very easy to find as is Fritz The Cat on video if you live in a city or by the net.

Please fill this thread with your Crumb knowledge, his art and his music related endeavours.

I wasn't sure whether to put this in music or not so i made it for all Crumb not just the one story on Patton. I figured that because it is literature of a form by being a comic I would put it in here and because there is a doco about him, a film featuring a character of him and film of one of his movies it should be in here. But since comics are graphic based perhaps it should be in Graphics, I'm really not sure but will leave that decision to a mod.
