Are you talking about US-style liberals? Like the people in the House Progressive Caucus? (Which, I think, was started by Bernie Sanders, who was a socialist but ran as an indepenent.)
No, I can't say that I do. Just recently I posted about this. I think that liberals want only to palliate the worst excesses of capitalism without changing the system. This, of course, does not work in the long run, for it does nothing at all to get rid of the class system and the problems inherent in capitalism itself.

I do consider liberals communists only if the follow the economic communist theory. Otherwise; I just consider them liberals, and they're not nececarilly on 'my side', since many are capitalistic.

Live and let live
Live and let die
I am liberal in my attitudes towards honest folks trying to work out their path in the world.
I am not liberal towards class society..I would ban that immediately.
Classical liberalism is pro-capitalist. Put it this way money is blind it can exlpoit anybody.
I am not liberal towards Stalinist or Fascists or people who gloss over genocide lightly........these people have a criminal mentality.

Anywho, back to the task in hand.

thanks trebboR. liberals support capitalism. though their views about homosexuality, freedom of speech, separation of the state and religion are good, their economic views(which i consider the most important)are capitalists.

Our liberals (here in canada) are hardly commies. Although many of our liberal leaders have been anti-american. Mulruney, however, spent his time kissing the big green American ass! What all of this has to do with the topic? I don't know, I just wanted to say it :). Although Jean Chretien recognizes that the western world are greedy cappies, which I suppose is a bit of a start....but not much.

being anti american is not something to support. if we support every anti american regime, party, person we will end up supporting taliban or bin laden. and james, fuck yourself *****.

Liberals are not socialist at all. They are the worst type of capitalists, they support the system meanwhile acknowledging its flaws. Liberals are merely rich people with a conscience.

Why is someone who understands that capitalism isn't perfect worse than someone who thinks that it is?
I think that some of the "progressives" in congress are pretty much evolutionary socialists who are forced to hide their true views. Some believe that capitalism is great but should exist within constraints of law...which eventually leads to socialism...others are straight up socialists who run on social justice platforms (vermont and california). I like a few people in congress...in the words of KRS-1,
I want all my daughters to be like Maxine Watters
Seriously, who here doesn't like Maxine, the most powerful socialist in the federal government?

A Liberal is a Communist's worst friend.Simply because the liberal as a moral point of view that is as a communist does but doesn't see himself as a communist matter of fact he might oppose communism and socialism, But i'm not speaking of all liberals but majority of them are nothing but fakes....

You need to define what exactly you mean by a "liberal".
A liberal can be just a person who is open minded or not strict about the adherence to the traditional or established ways of doing things.
Or a liberal can be someone who subscribes to the theory of liberalism which is (among other ways) defined thus:
a theory in economics emphasizing individual freedom from restraint and usually based on free competition, the self-regulating market, and the gold standard
One is distinctly capitalistic, the other is vaguely socialistic.

Well. It really depends. Although the liberal vs. conservative movements began as economic movements, liberal vs. conservative today is almost purely social and not economic. Simply look at the Green Party, it has capitalists and anti-capitalists. The liberals that actually have a chance at winning an election (ie: the Democrats in America) are 100% pro-capitalism.

I think that the political situation in America today is best described like this
radicals---progressives---------liberals-(the center)---(the right)
