Can there be a revolution without reactionaries? Because if there were no reactionaries would it still be a 'revolution' or would it just be a 'change of government'. And I suppose the existing government could be counted as reactionaries? Please give me your thoughts.

Revolution means change. The industrial revolution had no violence but it was a massive change.

As for reactionaries im not sure. I just thought i should compicate the debate.

Not quite sure what you are asking.

Reactionaries are just thoose who's thoughts and actions are agaisnt a progressive movement.

So thoose who fight agaisnt the socialist revolutionary are reactionary. The existing government is reactionary since they try to stop the progressive movement.

There will always be reactionaries and they should allways be dealt with.
