I was just reading an interesting article about a study done in Sweden, that found that homosexual men react to male the same way heterosexual females do (their hypothalamus stimulates) in a sexual mannor.

This leads to a couple of questions still, like do pheromones do anything in humans? The same article claims that the receptors of pheromones on humans are largely vesigial.

Also, if homosexuals do react the same way to the pheromones is it under nature or nurture that they do so? Maybe someone else know a little more about the topic, but it has peaked my interest.

Humans do react to phermones. Sweat contains phermones, and clean sweat (the kind that doesnt smell) naturally arouses people (I forgot the right word, please kill me).

Everyone has receptors, and phermones are phermones.

There is another theory that homosexuals have developed the mind of a female and the body of a male, or visa versa. This would mean people are naturally more receptive to the phermones of their own gender.

Would stimulation of the hypothalamus stimulate other portions of the brain that would like up in females? The article said that the brain was stimulated in both straight males and homosexual males when smelling the male pheromone, but the stmulation of the hypothalamus is what differed.

I think they extracted something from urine for the female pheromone. So is it only in the sweat of a male, while elsewhere for females?
