You know, I heard a statistic recently that said a sex study of high school students found that girls who took these kinds of abstainance vows are three times as likely to have anal intercourse before marraige and seven times as likely to perform pre-marital oral sex as girls who hadn't taken the vows...

It's funny because the parents are quick to blame all of this on Clinton "setting the example for this generation's sex lives."

I dunno about that, but where were these abstinance vows when I was in high school?

I think they are mostly in christain schools.

My cousin goes to one and she had to sign a peice of paper that said she wouldn't have sex until marriage. This contract also stipulated that if she was caught listening to "Rock music" she would be expelled. I am not kidding. I have seen the paper.

They are not even allowed to dance at their precious prom.

That question was actually meant to be a rather chauvenistic joke. I guess it sort of slipped in under the radar.

 I remember they were doing this type of shit in public high schools when I was in high school, which was like a decade ago. I remeber having to go to assemblies about abstinence. I remeber at one some lady told us that anal sex is bad for your health.
