I'm not to learned on the revolutions that have occured throughout history. However, it seems that the minority overthrew the majority. Yet, in most if not all cases minority and majority do not denote the groups number in population but power. Somewhere as in Haiti, where the blacks outnumbered the whites greatly, a victorious revolution was feasable. Yet in America, the minority are not only minorities due thei status in the power structure but also population wise. Are there any cases where there was a sucessful revolution where the people were the minority in population and power?
