The biggest and most powerful statement is that of 'Peace'.
This is my standing. Also, my response to the impending 'war against terror' being extended into Iraq.
I think it is logical to see that war is fundamentally a dysfunctional instrument of problem-solving.
In order to erase the manifestations of anger, one must get to the root of it. When Dubya' speaks of such a course of action, he fails to mention the tens of thousands left dead and injured. In short, the civilians.
The U.$. must remove its sanctions, among other things. There is a better way of 'fighting' this. The U$ has quite a reputation for boasting of its freedom while supporting dictators abroad.
Resorting to violence, as a response to violence, solves nothing, and makes you just like your enemy. Peaceful means must be pursued.
Just my opinion. Anyone else?
PEACE.
