Local Melbourne(in Australia) anarchist/socialist

Does anyone know of any local Melbourne Anarchist or Socialist collectives, cooporatives or groups that I could join? I look in vain on the internet, to no affect. The youth organisations of Left-wing political parties just aren't active.

I am just gripped with desire to attend an anarchist/marxist/socialist group with regular meetings, etc. I just can't find one, much less one that I get a response from.

Any fellow Melbournians here that can help me here?

There is an anarchist collective based in East Brunswick that I'm aware of. They have a bookshop at the Irene Community Centre on Pitt St where they hold meetings.

Just go to the community centre and ask about 'Barricade Books'.

Hell, if you can wait maybe two months when I'll be in Melb, I could show you myself.
