Leftist forums/communities

How many somewhat large leftist forums/communities are there? I only know of revleft and a few smaller ones like http://www.infoshop.org/forums/phpBB2/ but there have to be more? In Sweden we have a few, the largest is http://www.socialism.nu with probably 10:000 users registred, of these close to 3000 is somwhat active (all users (and all non-socialists) who have not been active in a few months are deleted) and thats quite much for such a small country. Well, there are a very few danes and finns registred to, but I would like to see more of those. If anyone from Denmark, Norway of Finland, etc reads this, it would be good of you did register an accaunt at socialism.nu, I guess most of you understand swedish somewhat well. Now

Sweden is without any doubt the country with most forums/communities per capita, but still...BTW, http://www.socialism.nu might open an international copy some day, and thats cool. It is a great community.

Iam mostly interested in nordic leftist forums/communities, because those countries are close and I understand the language somewhat well. But english speaking leftist communities are also good. You can post spanish, japanese, iranian, whatever communities to if you want, some are surely interested in that stuff too. Iam not gonna abandon revleft or anything, but it is good to check out more places.

ComradeChe is a site this forum has had a few disagreements with. They are mainly stalin kiddies and other authoritarians.

They are not "Stalin kiddies", there are many trots there, some not pro-Stalin Leninists and a few anarchist (one is even a moderator). It is a diverse forum.

It's a forum where quasi-fascists like Ironfeliks or Beserk are moderators. Anti-semitism and homophobia is not only tolertated there, but encouraged by the adminship and the parts of the moderators. National Bolsheviks and other fascists are allowed to publish their propaganda there, and use the site as a platform. There are stickies attacking leftist organisations like the ARA for their fight against anti-semitism.
It's a fascist gehtto and hideout for Stalin kiddies who would be banned by any other leftist message board on the Internet, or would kicked out of any leftist organisation in real live for their pseudo-leftist, reactionary ideas.
To make it short: It's a big shithole, and not a leftist forum at all. Leftists beware!

Thanks for the tips. However, I will have to agree with Malte. That forum seems to house to many "Jucheists", "Hoxhaites", "Pol-Potist" and other obscure anti-communist members for me to feel comfortable. I will check it out a little bit more though...

Iron Felix might have some strange preferences on who he admires, but he and Berserk (who is a 3'rd Positionist) are not facists. Berserk opposes capitalism which facism steams from and Felix is a Marxist-Leninist.

Again, that is false. I have seen some attacks on Jewish religion but not Jews because they are Jews. There have been some discussion concerning homosexuality there, but nothing that can be called homophobia. What you speak of is not encouraged by the adminship, never have I seen anything like that.

You mean two nazbols who posted their platform and some images? They did not use the site as a platform, they wanted comments on their ideology and since one of the forum objectives is to encourage people of different thoughts come and share theirs, I do not see what is wrong with that even though I disagree with National Bolshevism as a ideology.

You are very clueless and naive. Sorry, but if you are not able to see the obvious anti-semitism of IF and his buddies, than you are wrong here at revleft. Fuck off!

Fascism often claims to be anti-capitalist and anti-bougegois, already Hitler said that, and so are most of today's neo-Nazi groups. It means nothing that people like Beserk or Ironfeliks are claiming to be anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, or even Marxist, fact is that their ideology is not differing from many of today's openly fascist organisations. The rhetoric is almost exactly the same. What is uniting the fascists of today, no matter if they are clerical or nationalist fascists, is not racism anymore, it's anti-semitism. And IF, Beserk and others are the prototypes of woldwide anti-semitism with their conspiracy bullshit, and especially with their holocaust denial. Again, if you can't see that you are a fool or an ignorant, or both.

I could make the effort now to go to that shithole and pick a few homophobic comments made there, or idiotic ideas how to treat homosexuals like taking a tax on homosexulaity (again made by moderators), but I don't think that is neccesary. Stop fooling us by saying that ther has only "been some discussion concerning homosexuality".

Ernestoguevara/comradeche forums are run by a ridiculous clique of crypto fascists and crackpots.

Until very recently they had two open rabid sexist anti semitic homphobes as moderators (Iron Feilkkks and Mazdek). Recently, the most overt fascism was exposed on that board causing some bannings. For some time, every other post on that forum was paranoid garbage about Jewish conspiracies. Until very recently they (DPRK, Berzerk, etc) were circulating a petition in defense of neo-nazi holocaust denier ernst zundel. They still have an open nazi, Berzerk, on their moderating team. Berzerk spreads propaganda for a racist organization that distributes Mussolini literature. Only the most niave would not see through his fascism. The board also has a policy of banning Black Panther spellings like "Amerikkka", etc.

Their politics are a ridiculous grab bag of things like "Jucheists' "Polpotists" and Breshnev era "gulash socialism" types.

They are NOT pro-Stalin. They don't know the first thing about Stalin. Before they were informed that Stalin supported black national liberation, they implied that black liberation (and the comintern's own formulation of the issue) was the same as their racist politics. They also attack the comintern's language (although they weren't aware of it). Stalin fought against these types.

Hopefully, a new forum will be opening soon that will be run by communists. It will be pro-Stalin and Mao.

I would also note that the Trotskyist, Redskinheadultra - see above post - sat by and did nothing when the fascists were exposed. And instead of defending the right to use Black Panther spellings, he mocked it alongside the fascists. He, like the fascists, mocked Black liberationists as having "race politics" and not class politics. He continued to do this even after he was provided with several sources of class analysis and the comintern's position. So, he took the standard white chauvinist philistine line. Objectively speaking, the "skinhead" was as chauvinist as many of the fascists.
